I'm a nineteen year old screenwriter and I have only been writing for about a year, does anybody feel that an agent might be reluctant to sign me due to my young age and inexperience?

Well...to be honest...the agent or manager won't even see you until they're interested in your work.  If they like your query letter enough to read your script, and like your script enough to call you, then I wouldn't worry about your age.  Not to mention in Hollywood no one ever tells there real age.  Another note:  It's a young town and right or wrong, you'll probably do better being younger than older.  That said...I wouldn't find it necessary to advertise how old you are to anyone.  If you feel the need just use something along the lines of a "young hot up and coming writer".

I'm at a really young age (thirteen) I just want to know if that would affect (I know that you basicly answered that question, but since I am so young...)

You know, in your case that might actually help you out if you are that young, but mature and talented enough to work a room.  Your talent should speak for itself, but being that young might actually give you an edge, especially if you write for a young crowd.  My advice though would be to make sure you have a parent or guardian with you and participating in all dialgue/meetings with anyone interested in representing you.
