If you're trying to sell it on your own its gonna be tough. Have you tried getting an agent or manager?

Where are you in your career?  The person above me is right...work on getting an agent.  Pick up an agent or manager guide from Sam French, write yourself a good query letter, and send it to EVERYONE!!

Its a catch 22, you cant sell anything without an agent or manager and you cant get an agent or manager without selling something first.

I've been to Sam French and I have the books.  I've sent out a lot of query letters and I've only gotten 2 responses.  I sent them my script but I haven't heard anything.

Sometimes it takes fucking forever to hear anything. I sent a query letter to a company in November and I just heard something from them last week. They asked for a copy of my script. Hopefully this will work out for me! Grin

Agents, Managers, and Producers can take forever to get back to you.  Just be patient.  The fact that you got 2 responses is really good.  I think the stat numbers go something like 1 per every 100 you send out.  This whole business is a number game.  If sending a 100 query letters didn't work...send 100 more.  Also, you might have to change up the query letter.  Naturally the more you write the more you have to offer.  Maybe the scripts you're trying to get them interested in aren't commercial enough.  Agents and Managers won't sure bets.
